Interpol to Tour North America in February


You may remember that following the release of their 2002 debut Turn on the Bright Lights, NYC suitmongers Interpol set foot upon that long and winding road of non-stop touring. A jaunt of wildly ambitious proportions, it saw the foursome trekking to virtually every curve of the globe over a span of more than 2½ years. When it finally did cease, their break was just long enough for them to record and release their 2004 follow-up, Antics.

So, let's file this latest news item under history repeating itself: Apparently unsated by the summer dates they played in support of The Cure's Curiosa festival, and a more recent headlining tour with Secret Machines and On!Air!Library!, Interpol are now gearing up for a whole 'nother slew of American stops in February-- and in Europe afterwards! It would seem that this life they love is making music with their friends, and that, furthermore, they simply cannot wait to get on the road again. Dates:
