Pitchfork: The Kills LP Out in the U.S. in March

With their whiskey-soaked blues-sludge take on the garage revival scene, The Kills managed to make people ignore the duo's dopey monikers long enough to get their heads above the indie cred water mark with the 2003 debut Keep On Your Mean Side. Two years later, the band is prepping the release of its 11-track sophomore effort No Wow, which sees a Japanese release on February 16, followed by a UK date of February 21, and a U.S. release on March 8-- which we're sure makes complete sense to someone at their label. In the meantime, Kills fans of all nations can bask in the glow of the official tracklist, which looks something (ok, exactly) like this:

The first single from the album, "The Good Ones", was released in the UK just this week, paired with the b-side "Run Home Slow". As is customary (unless you're Steely Dan or something), The Kills will be supporting No Wow with a healthy UK/U.S. tour, which is already underway and includes stops at SXSW and Coachella. And don't like, not go or something, because as a recent press release from the band so proudly boasted, "Every time VV and Hotel hit a stage, they prove they're the keepers of rock's most commanding stage presence. You can't look away, and something makes you feel like you probably shouldn't be looking in the first place." Places to witness said wonders:
