The Oxes Prep for U.S. Tour

The Oxes (along with their label, Monitor Records) stirred up trouble with to the LP's original cover art, which depicted some genuine, bona fide Oxen weiner. After having the album banned in their hometown, the dust eventually settled and now they're back on the road, sharing dates with Pitchfork faves Isis, These Arms are Snakes, Enon, and Death From Above 1979, among others. Monitor's official site has also broke the news that an Oxes EP is in the works, and due for a 2005 release. Someone mind telling those guys it already is 2005? Duh:
