Pitchfork to Curate Intonation Music Festival

Pitchfork Media is proud to announce that it is curating the first annual Intonation Music Festival, which will take place in Chicago's Pulaski Park on July 16-17. This two-day event will feature some of independent music's top artists, a local stage showcasing Chicago bands, and a DJ tent created by Biz3. Proceeds from the festivities will benefit the Chicago Park District's after-school music programs, and no advance tickets will be sold.

Additional information-- including a partial artist lineup-- will be revealed at the festival's official launch, taking place in Chicago on April 8 at the next installment of Biz3's monthly party at Sonotheque. On that evening, Pitchfork staffers will spin records alongside some of our friends from The Fader, including Nick Catchdubs.
