Ted Leo to Kick Off Tour, Adds More Dates

I'd like to bring it down for just a minute. Get personal, if this typically detached forum will allow it. Ted Leo and his merry band of Pharmacists-- beloved to all who adore lightning-fast, razor-sharp, optimistic post-punk guitar rock, and who actually like to dance at show -- insist on their website that "if [your] town or state is anywhere other than Wyoming, the Dakotas, or Delaware (or Hawaii or Alaska, I guess), chances are, we've been there pretty recently, and will most likely be there again pretty soon." A state was misplaced here, woefully, and that is Florida. I won't get into the apathy toward Florida of the indie rock world (and the reason-loving world in general), but I just wanted to make that clear. No Florida. Ted Leo's headed out again, though, in support of long-play number three, Shake the Sheets, and he'll be busting veins and dumping buckets of sweat on Australia and plenty of states that aren't Florida.
