Sleater-Kinney to Release Single, Tour U.S.

Despite a devout fan's nausea, their seventh full length is receiving more positive feedback from critics and fellow musicians. Set for release on May 23, The Woods is their first release on Sub Pop Records. In Europe, the ladies will also release a single on May 16. "Entertain" includes two B-Sides--"Everything", which was recorded during album sessions with producer Dave Fridmann, and a live version of "The Fox" (the original recorded version is the opening track to The Woods.)

Sleater-Kinney are currently touring in Europe but will be back in the states by the end of next month. Here are their confirmed dates. (Maybe you should avoid the front row.)
