Pitchfork: Wolf Parade to Release EP

The story of how Wolf Parade signed to Sub Pop is simple and beautiful: Isaac Brock loves Wolf Parade. Isaac Brock told Sub Pop about Wolf Parade. Sub Pop loves Isaac Brock. So Sub Pop loved Wolf Parade, too. But as everyone knows, you always hurt the one you love. Which means there's a tragic fate awaiting someone or other, but we're damned if we know who.

The beginning of the end may well come this fall, when Wolf Parade release their first, still-untitled album on Sub Pop. In the meantime, they're set to release their third EP-length record on July 12, a four-song single to be available on both CD and 12" vinyl. The tracks:
