Make Believe Tour, Prepare First Full-Length

That album, Shock of Being, will have 13 songs on it, but we don't yet know what they are or when you'll hear them. What we can tell you is that Steve Albini produced it, that the good folks at Polyvinyl will release a vinyl pressing of the album, and that a bulletin on Flameshovel's website calls it "sick like holographonics." You have our permission to pretend you know what that means when your friends ask.

Naturally, Make Believe are currently on the road to drum up some noise for Shock of Being, travelling with another starfish-style band: Cursive singer Tim Kasher's calmer outfit, The Good Life. Already in progress:
