Pitchfork: Ryan Adams Begins Tour, Preps Two LPs

Having run out of adverbs to put in front of "prolific," let us put it this way-- Ryan Adams is freakin' spewing music at us. A few extra EPs or collaborations we might have expected, but this time he's really outdone himself; Adams is releasing not one, not two, but three new albums in six months.

The double-disc Cold Roses has already reached its cozy home in retail stores worldwide, but Billboard.com reports that the other two now have set their appointments with your iPod as well. Jacksonville City Nights arrives August 6. Then, like clockwork, a short collection of "story songs" titled 29 comes around three months later on November 2. Not quite ready to add a whole Ryan Adams line to your music budget? To show he loves you (or to keep other impoverished fans from throwing bottles at his head during concerts), you can already stream the entirety of Cold Roses on Adams' official website.
