Maxïmo Park to Tour North America

While their impressive debut album continues to leak via the Internet to us lazy schlubs here in America, the industrious lads of Maxïmo Park have been busy as hell. The group recently wrapped up an extensive tour of Europe, their latest single "Grafitti" topped the most recent NME chart, and they performed on "Top of the Pops" last Friday.

Now it's finally our turn to lay an offering at the feet of the Great Hype Machine, as Maxïmo Park get set to tour the U.S. and Canada. The dates go like this:

As previously reported, the band's debut full-length, A Certain Trigger, gets its official release stateside on May 31 from Warp Records. It is out now in the UK.
