Pitchfork: Xiu Xiu Extend North American Tour

Never let it be said that Jamie Stewart does anything half-assed. The Xiu Xiu frontman and his band of mirth-makers have extended their North American tour into autumn in support of the forthcoming LP La Foret, which as previously reported, comes our way July 12 from 5 Rue Christine Records-- it's the band's fourth studio album in only four years. And Dude still cleared some time to throw down at Intonation with us.

Xiu Xiu began touring way back in May and had a very Canada-centric summer up to this point. They've since tacked on a handful of East Coast dates for August and September. The updated list looks something like this:
