Pitchfork: A Northern Chorus to Tour

With the Toronto Blue Jays docked in fourth place and the team formerly known as the Montreal Expos kicking major ass as the Washington Nationals, we have to imagine that it's been a pretty blah summer in Canada. One Ontario band is proving that things aren't all that bad (or at least, that they don't care about baseball). Spacerockers A Northern Chorus gave us Bitter Hands Resign in May, as previously reported here on Pitchfork. The band's third full length has apparently treated them pretty well these past few months; because the sextet is gearing up for another clip of North American dates (at places called Comet Bar and Galaxy Hut, no less) after having just wrapped up a four-week stint last week.

This time the band will team up with skygazing juggernaut (and Sonic Unyon label-mates) SIANspheric for a few U.S. dates in late July. Dates:
