New Order Prepare DVD Video Compilation

If you read Pitchfork regularly (we know you do!), or any music news publication for that matter, you've likely come across a lot of recent New Order news. Between coverage on Waiting for the Sirens' Call, festival and other live appearances, remixes, and a possible outtakes album, practically every witty introduction for a New Order piece has already been thought up and written down, so we'll save you the trouble and get straight to it.

NewOrderOnline.com has announced a plethora of information regarding New Order's upcoming DVD, Item, to be released in September. The 2xDVD set includes both the "New Order Story", a two-plus hour documentary already available on VHS (they still make those?), music videos, and what the website describes as a "new up-to-date clips compilation." Oh oh! And there are subtitles in over five languages! Blown away by the extensive subtitling? Wait until you see the tracklist:
