Pitchfork: Cass McCombs Touring Once Again

Some of you trainspotters may have noticed in our recent Decemberists article that a certain Baltimorean of tuneful distinction, Cass McCombs, will be providing support for the hind leg of Meloy & Company's big huge autumn tour. The songwriting stud will be on hand to sweet-talk crowds, dispense some uncomfortable truths, and perhaps even steal some a little thunder from the Decemberists themselves. For any malcontents who can't wait until October, Cass will be rendezvous-ing with Mt. Egypt for an August tour that touches down in selected cities along the West Coast. Tour dates:
