Pitchfork: The Rogers Sisters Sign to Too Pure

Brooklyn poppy no wave trio the Rogers Sisters (really "two Rogers sisters and a guy" if you want to get technical) have joined forces with Too Pure, home of nice folks like Stereolab, Electrelane, and Scout Niblett. Too Pure previously released the Rogers' Three Fingers mini-album in the UK (Troubleman Unlimited handled it in the U.S.), but now the partnership has come to our shores as well. On September 27, the newly, fully Pure Rogers Sisters will deliver the "Emotion Control" single, which will be followed by a full-length sometime in early 2006. Until then, the trio is touring Merry Olde England. That's more than you can say for yourself:
