Isolée, Fennesz Head Decibel Lineup

Listen up: Seattle ain't just grunge and coffee and rain. It's also electronic and coffee and rain. And to prove it, the city is set to play host to its second annual Decibel Festival. The festival's aim is to promote awareness of electronic music and media over four days comprised of audio clinics, panel discussions, film, art installations, and, of course, live performances.

The festival will be held from September 22 through September 25 and will feature a horde of electronic acts from around the globe. The venues will be splashed across Seattle's Capitol Hill district. Among the artists scheduled to perform: Isolée, Fennesz, Thomas Fehlmann, Akufen, Apparat, Styrofoam, Deadbeat, Tim Hecker, Loscil, Tipper, Aeroc, Pan American, Machine Drum, Her Space Holiday, Bruno Pronsato, Lusine, Kero, Deru, Caro, Cepia, Proem, Jeff Samuel, Strategy, Jerry Abstract, Jacob London, Deceptikon, Gel-Sol, Nudge, and many more.

Tickets range from $10 for some individual events to $50 for an all nights/all areas dealie.
