Oxford Collapse Tour With Chromatics, Rock a Barn

Oxford Collapse will accompany Troubleman Unlimited noizecore royalty Chromatics for the East Coast leg of the jaunt, then join up with Pittsburgh upstarts Centipede E'est in December. They'll also play one-offs with the Narrator, Blood on the Wall and Tenement Halls.

Before you bemoan the lack of imagination in tour booking these days, keep in mind that Oxford Collapse have agreed to venture out to Montgomery, NY on November 18 for a headlining appearance at the lovingly-titled Farmer's Fiasco, taking place in a barn owned by a 16-year-old named Aislinn (or, perhaps more accurately, a barn owned by the parents of a 16-year-old named Aislinn). Other performers include MC Sky and da Hoagie Connection, This Drug Crazed Maniac, Ideal Brain Tonic, and Mystereal. And it's a benefit for Aislinn's high school newspaper. How incredibly fun does that sound? We certainly weren't that cool when we were 16.
