A Northern Chorus to Tour North...and South

Given all the critical hoopla surrounding A Northern Chorus' Bitter Hands Resign, the dream-pop aficionados might have been a little, um, bitter when our own Brian Howe slapped a fat 6.0 on the disc back in June. (It's still better than average, guys!)

Well, us Yankees will get another chance to embrace the disc come January 24, when the band's label, Sonic Unyon, re-releases it here, with wider distribution courtesy of Caroline. A Northern Chorus will also attempt to win us over with a Northern American tour starting Wednesday in lovely Windsor, Ontario. Joining them will be another up-and-coming Canadian band (is there any other type of band out there today?), Halifax indie rockers the Burdocks.
