Constantines to Rock the Great White North

Guelph gunslingers the Constantines closed out 2005 with tours of the U.S. and Europe, and one half of the Cons guitarist/singer dyad, Steve Lambke, just finished a series of dates with his side project Baby Eagle (oh great, another animal band).

The only proper thing to do now would be to deny Steve some much-needed r'n'r and send his weary ass back on the road. Fortunately, the Constantines latest tour will involve no bullshit merchandise tariffs and custom hassles, as it's a cross-country Canuck excursion. The constant(ine)ly touring quintet will play two Vancouver dates this weekend, followed by a handful of post-Canadian federal election shows in their home province of Ontario.
