Little Annie Teams With Antony

Little Annie (or Annie Bandez, or Annie Anxiety), famed for her collaborations with Crass members, Paul Oakenfold, Current 93, and Nurse With Wound, solo releases, poetry, acting, and to a lesser extent, position as an ordained minister, has managed to set some time and energy aside to put together a new record. The effort, titled Songs From the Coalmine Canary, drops April 28 via Durtro Jnana Records. Oh, and did we mentioned that it was produced by Antony, who also plays piano and sings on the album?

Tonight, Little Annie will celebrate her latest resumé addition by hitting the stage of New York's Mo Pitkin's House of Satisfaction with fellow musicians Joe Budenholzer and Eric Hoffman. Budenholzer contributed backing vocals to Coalmine Canary.
