Jennifer O'Connor Launches Tour
Shares Stage With Mountain Goats, Portastatic, Mason Jennings

Jennifer O'Connor's Matador signing looks to have done her some good. The indie-folk chanteuse launches a U.S. tour today that will take her over the mountain, across the valley, back to the stars...the scenestars, that is, as O'Connor will lend support to Mason Jennings, Portastatic, and (as seen here) the Mountain Goats on the road over the next several months. Ahh, the positive consequences of success.

Jennifer O'Connor also paid a visit to the good folks over at Daytrotter recently, performing four songs from Over the Mountain, Across the Valley and Back to the Stars.
