Pitchfork: My Morning Jacket Announce Fall Tour

Just in time for jacket 'n' sweater weather, Kentucky rockers My Morning Jacket have announced a November U.S. tour. Currently in Europe opening for Pearl Jam, the autumnal band will head back across the Atlantic at the end of the month, just in time for frontman Jim James to play four solo shows on the West Coast with folkie John Prine, as well as a solo set at Vegoose.

Then MMJ heads out on their U.S. trek, which, as per usual, should be a rockin', reverby, epic experience.

As previously reported, MMJ will release a double live album, Okonokos, on September 26, followed by a DVD, being screened at various cities on October 31. So you can dress up as a long-haired dude with a beard for Halloween.
