Ex Models Back on the Runway, Open for YYYs

Joining forces once again are X and Y, this time in a bond more powerful than that of male chromosomes, algebra, and, yes, even the alphabet. What on Earth could trump these fundamental letter relationships? Ex Models and the Yeah Yeah Yeahs, of course.

The two bands will meet up on the road this fall, smack in between two legs of Models-only dates, the first of which kicks off tonight in Philly. The Ex Models' new fall lineup, now featuring drummers Kid Millions and Luke-Brödy, will support the touring YYYs for four dates.

In addition to the trek, Ex Models are planning the follow-up to last year's Troubleman Unlimited release Chrome Panthers, and will begin recording in the near future.
