Video: Beyonce: "Irreplaceable"

Beyonce turns the question of T.I.'s "What You Know" into a straight statement of fact on "Irreplaceable", her forthcoming UK single, and the video has her in fine form, kicking dude to the curb and even pretending to move in for one last kiss just to grab his chain and sweatshirt. We're not quite sure why she gets all Nicole Wray at the end with the damn Tracy Chapman Jam Band, but up to that point, it's a great video. Blink-and-miss-it standout: the little brow/tear/mouthwipe-to-chinstroke move at 2:27 that Pitchfork's Julianne Shepherd pointed out is a fitting counterpoint to Jay's "Dirt Off Your Shoulder" move. Also, the audio doesn't start for a bit (it's supposed to be that way), so be patient.
