Pitchfork: Birdmonster Launch Tour

Birdmonster have scared up some tour dates. The San Fran foursome will round out 2006 with a CMJ-centric trek through the States. The jaunt kicks off tonight with a stint at Birdmonster's hometown Warfield venue and culminates next month (again in SF) with a slot at the Be the Riottt! Festival.

Along the way, they'll stop by Los Angeles' KCRW studios for a Morning Becomes Eclectic gig. This happens Friday morning, and will air live on both the radio and Web. Also, those interested in the band's recent KEXP appearance can stream the session tracks here.
