The Rapture Release iTunes EP, Debut Throne of Blood
The Rapture have released their own installment in iTunes' exclusive Live From SoHo EP series, containing performances recorded at the Apple Store in New York City's SoHo neighborhood. The EP includes six tracks from three different Rapture albums, including the massively underrated Echoes jam "Killing".
The Rapture will celebrate the formation of their previously reported vinyl label Throne of Blood on February 16 with a party at Brooklyn's Studio B. In addition to a "very special LIVE electronic mini-set" from the band, members Mattie Safer and Gabriel Andruzzi will DJ, as will Throne of Blood label manager James F!@#&%^ Friedman, among others.
Then they will take Pieces of the People We Love to France on their previously reported tour, before heading over to the UK to play a bunch of shows with SHITDISCO.
