Arcade Fire, Wilco, Rapture, Jarvis Rock Latitude Fest
Plus: Good/Bad/Queen, CSS, the National, Patrick Wolf, Explosions in the Sky, Clap Your Hands
The organizers of the second annual Latitude Festival have announced the festival's initial lineup, and lookee here, it's another goodie: Arcade Fire, Wilco, the Good, the Bad & the Queen, the Rapture, Clap Your Hands Say Yeah, and Jarvis Cocker are among the acts performing.
Latitude will take place from July 12-15 at Suffolk, England's Henham Park Estate in Southwold. In addition to the artists performing on the festival's four music stages, Latitude will also feature theatre, comedy, film, poetry, literary events, and children's activities in various venues, all in an attempt to live up to its claim of being "more than just a music festival." Touché!
As it currently stands, the rest of Latitude's musical lineup is as follows: CSS, the National, Explosions in the Sky, Patrick Wolf, Midlake, the Magic Numbers, Gotan Project, and...Damien Rice.
