Simian Mobile Disco Take It on the Road
After crafting one of the finest dance platters of the year, what are a couple fellas to do? Pack yer bags and wild out on tour, duh! And that's exactly what Simian Mobile Disco intend to do. The stellar Attack Delay Sustain Release in the can, SMD will hit up clubs and festivals aplenty all summer long, including a select few Stateside dates. They currently have a couple U.S. appearances scheduled in July, with more in the pipeline for September.
Though most of the dates follow the live-band format we'd previously mentioned, some feature the boys on the wheels of steel. Expect an abundance of getting down either way.
Attack Delay Sustain Release hits U.K. shopping emporiums June 18 from Wichita Recordings, though if the pilfer-happy protagonist of key track "Hustler" proves anything like the real SMD fans, the boys might wanna cook up a better way to accrue their paper than selling records. Hey, how 'bout a tour?
