Folks eager to put their ears on the line turned out for the annual No Fun Fest, which kicked off at Brooklyn's Hook Thursday, May 17 and culminated with last night's showcase, which included Sonic Youth's Thurston Moore, noise-violinist Burning Star Core with Zaimph, Swedish veteran hellraiser Enema Syringe, knob-terrorizers Aaron Dilloway, Stegm, Deathroes, and American Band (with Air Conditioning), and Belgian spoken word artist Ludo Mich. We suspect some attendees even secretly had fun.

Perhaps the tinnitus will subside just in time for next year's fest?
