Pitchfork Fest: 3-Day Passes, Friday Tickets Sold Out

Pitchfork Fest: 3-Day Passes, Friday Tickets Sold Out No lie! As of today, Friday, June 8, 2007, all three-day passes for the 2007 Pitchfork Music Festival-- taking place July 13-15 at Chicago's Union Park-- are sold out. When you offer 39 first-rate live acts at a dollar and change apiece, this is what happens, people.

What's more, individual Friday passes are gone, too. In other words, the first night of this year's Pitchfork Music Festival-- the ATP/Don't Look Back night, July 13, with Sonic Youth playing Daydream Nation, GZA playing Liquid Swords, and Slint playing Spiderland-- is sold out. Sorry!

But don't cry-- there are still tickets available for 36 more showstoppers, ranging from Cat Power to Mastodon to Yoko Ono to Clipse and everything in between. Two-day passes for Saturday and Sunday, July 14 and 15, go for $35, while individual passes for either day will run you $25 apiece. Ticketweb has the hookup.
