Wolf Parade Offshoot Johnny and the Moon Tour
Resumé padding; for some, it's the only way we arrive at our stations in life (I, for example, am an astronaut on paper). For Dante DeCaro, it's just another way to rock out with a whole new crew.
The ex-Hot Hot Heater and current Wolf Parader must go through a lot of business cards, busy as he is with his many responsibilities in some of Canada's finer musical endeavors. Not only is he floating on with the Parade's August and September dates, but he'll follow the constellations as Johnny and the Moon in June and early July. The celestial caterwaulers, still hawking copies of their self-titled debut of last year, will pass the time on the western half of the continent before the wolves are unleashed later this summer.
