Life Without Buildings Drop Posthumous Live LP

Nothing like a live album from a defunct band to make you miss them even more. Glasgow's Life Without Buildings-- certainly one of the more unique and exciting acts to emerge in this century-- broke up in 2002, but they'll soon treat fans and mourners to one final hurrah from a flame extinguished too soon: Live at the Annandale Hotel.

Annandale Hotel checks in August 14 in the U.S. via Absolutely Kosher (it came out this week in the UK via Glasgow's Gargleblast Records). The disc collects twelve tracks-- including the never before released "Liberty Feelup"-- recorded December 14, 2002 at the titular venue in Sydney, Australia (which, ironically, has many buildings). Most of the other cuts appeared in their original form on the band's singles or lone full length album, 2000's superb Any Other City.
