The newly re-formed Smashing Pumpkins (well, Billy Corgan and his new friends) headlined the second day of Baltimore's Virgin Festival, which also featured sets by their tourmates Explosions in the Sky, as well as the Wu-Tang Clan, Bad Brains, Dan Deacon, Girl Talk, Yeah Yeah Yeahs, Interpol, Spoon, Regina Spektor, and M.I.A., among others.
