Amiina Cancel North American Tour
Devastated cellists across the land snap bows in show of solidarity
Sorry to be the bearer of bad news, but here goes: Icelandic cello quartet Amiina have cancelled their previously announced run of North American tour dates, which were set to kick off next week in the US capital. The reason? "Illness within the band."
A handful of UK dates around Halloween are still on, and they plan to come back to these parts in the spring. But, yeah, no Amiina; not just yet anyway.
