Cat Power, Killers, Lidell, CSS, Stooges Play Osheaga
Also: Spiritualized, the Black Keys, Broken Social Scene, the Go! Team
The third annual Osheaga Music and Arts Festival will sweep through Montreal's Parc Jean-Drapeau on August 3 and 4.
The park/parc where Osheaga takes place is located on the Île Sainte-Hélène, an island in the middle of the city. Ahh, we can already taste the piña coladas and hear the similarly sweet tunes coming from the lineup:
Cat Power, Spiritualized, Broken Social Scene, Iggy & the Stooges, Jamie Lidell, the Black Keys, the Go! Team, CSS, the Killers, Sharon Jones & the Dap-Kings, the Weakerthans, MGMT, Chromeo, Gogol Bordello, DeVotchka, Plants & Animals, Booka Shade, Neil Halstead, Rock Plaza Central, Sébastien Tellier, Turzi, and others.
Also, for those keeping tabs, Jack Johnson is playing Osheaga too.
