Andrew Butler and his eclectic dance collective Hercules and Love Affair set the stage and dancefloor at Brooklyn's Studio B on fire Saturday night, toasting their self-titled debut opus before a rabid hometown crowd.
That rabid crowd must know a thing or two about the internet and/or record imports, because said self-titled debut opus doesn't actually come out in the U.S. until June 24, via Mute/DFA. Herc and co. will have ample opportunities to work more rabid crowds on the other side of the Atlantic this spring and summer, as their already sizable tour over there has practically doubled in size since our last report.
