Dizzee Rascal Plots Summer Shows
Here's a pleasant surprise: Dizzee Rascal's Maths + English is a great summer record. Those comparatively straightforward beats and twinkling electro tinges make for a perfect soundtrack to warm weather driving. But you don't have to take my word for it (cue "Reading Rainbow" theme song.) Now that the album is readily available in the U.S., you can (re-)discover it for yourself.
The East London MC recently announced a run of North American shows around his Pitchfork Music Festival appearance in July. He'll also hit FUEL TV's "The Daily Habit" on June 4.
