Dan Deacon, Crystal Antlers, Monotonix Do F Yeah Tour
With Circle Jerks, Matt & Kim, Japanther, Team Robespierre, Mannequin Men, Dillinger Four
The Fuck Yeah Fest turns five this year, and while the usual stationary festivities will take place in downtown L.A. on August 30 and 31, organizers Keith Morris (Circle Jerks, Black Flag) and Sean Carlson have decided to mix things up by launching a touring version of the festival earlier in the summer.
The very first F Yeah Tour features sets from Circle Jerks, Mr. Morris himself (doing spoken word), Dan Deacon, Crystal Antlers, the Death Set, Monotonix, Team Robespierre, Dillinger Four, Japanther, and Mannequin Men on various dates, along with stand-up comedy from folks like Josh Fadem and Nick Flanagan. There will also be visual art by Philly's Space 1026, zines and books for sale from Microcosm Publishing, and tables where attendees can register to vote.
The whole tour crams 28 shows into just 27 days, starting in Baltimore on June 17. Check out all the dates and the comically detailed key to who is playing where after the jump.
