Kid Sister, Flosstradamus Rock for Chicago Schools
With Chicago mayor Richard M. Daley
School's nearly out for summer for most public school kids in Chicago, but tomorrow (June 10), at alien docking stationBears HQ Soldier Field, class is definitely gonna be in session. Your lessons for the day? Well, there will be a seminar in verbal gymnastics from Kid Sister, and some home wreckonomics courtesy of Flosstradamus.
They're calling it "School-Out for Schools", and, in fact, it's a giant student rally that seeks to support both non-violence and state funding for the city's public schools. And, hey, if you see a short dude in a suit juking during "Switch Board", well, that would be our esteemed Mayor Richard M. Daley, who will be in attendance at tomorrow's event.
After tackling Soldier Field, both Flosstradamus and recent Downtown signee Kid Sis have dates aplenty through the rest of the summer.
