Like a glacier sighing or a flower dreaming or some other silly nature simile, Sigur Rós made music at the Orpheum Theater in Omaha last night-- though only after a tornado warning gave everyone a nice scare (check out a photo of the huddled masses in the Orpheum basement below). Thankfully the elements let up, and Sigur Rós were free to make the sound of dewdrops dancing or whatever once more.

With the release of new LP Með suð í eyrum við spilum endalaust imminent-- like, June 23 from EMI in the UK and June 24 on XL in North America imminent-- the band is currently kicking around the Midwest on its way to Bonnaroo. The boys Rós have also begun adding some more North American dates way off in the fall, and of course they have plenty of European activity to attend to in between.

And, hey, while they're giving out the advance warning, know this: though it doesn't hit shelves for a few days now, you can stream the entirety of Með suð í eyrum við spilum endalaust through the band's website right this instant.
