You can hear The Hold Steady's Stay Positive in so many different ways that settling on just one can be a little overwhelming. Should you listen to it on MySpace now, on iTunes this Tuesday for a month-long digital exclusive, or wait for the physical release next month? Or...all three?

Even if you're sneaking an early digital peek, here's another reason to buy the thing when it comes out: recent live staple "Ask Her for Adderall" will appear as a bonus track on the limited edition initial pressings of both the CD and LP versions of Stay Positive when it arrives on Stateside shelves July 15 from Vagrant.

Though "Adderall" is all you get with the vinyl, the CD sports two more jammers: "Cheyenne Sunrise" and "Two Handed Handshake". Note that these tracks will appear exclusively on these physical releases, which, again, are finite in quantity. (Stay Positive is due in the UK from Rough Trade July 14.)

The Hold Steady's summer tour kicks off two weeks from tonight in Baltimore, and makes it way to the Pitchfork Music Festival in Chicago July 19.
