Tegan and Sara Line Up North American Dates
It's been a couple months since Tegan and Sara wrapped their last North American tour, and dang if they're not already getting revved up to do it again. The Sisters Quin will attend to few festival appearances before picking things back off proper-like September 30 in Atlanta. They'll close things out in mid-October with a four-night stand at Los Angeles' Henry Fonda Theater, at which point we may very well be telling you about their plans to hit the road this winter.
Before all that, the duo will do an acoustic set at the Under the Volcano festival in Vancouver this weekend. Then, on September 4, Tegan will break away from her sister for one night in NYC. She'll play a SPIN.com Housing Works benefit show alongside members of Circa Survive and Anberlin and authors Elizabeth Seward and Augusten Burroughs. As previously reported, Tegan contributed a song to the soundtrack to Burroughs' latest book, A Wolf at the Table.
