What in blazes is a Lunglight, and what does it want with you? You'll want to direct that line of questioning toward Portland, Oregon, home of the nervy Nellies in the Shaky Hands. Lunglight is the title of the band's sophomore set--the follow-up to last year's fine self-titled affair--and it's due jointly from Holocene Music and Kill Rock Stars September 9.

The Hands, who do a fine thing onstage when they do it, don't have any plans to do it any time soon. That should change; after all, I hear they've got an album coming out.
