Giant Sand Embark on U.S. Tour


Howe Gelb and Giant Sand, having just released the weird-ass (and aptly titled) new album Is All Over the Map, and having just returned home from an European tour, are heading out to show the U.S. what they can do. All Over the Map represents the bootleg-happy band's first original material since 2000's Chore of Enchantment, and this tour should provide fans a damn good view of that material. And hey, if you can't make it out, be sure to peep Gelb's equally weird-ass tour diary, listed in the links section below.
