Eef Barzelay of Clem Snide Hits the Road Solo

We're not really sure what Ludacris is doing right now, but starting tonight in Seattle, Eef Barzelay's ass will be seen bouncin' next to patrons of various rock clubs across the country, as the Clem Snide frontman pimps his recent solo effort, Bitter Honey. While the songwriter might be on the same wavelength as the Friedberger siblings with regards to album titles, backward vocals are nowhere to be found on Eef's end.

Several of those dates were supposed to be with Damien Jurado; unfortunately, Jurado canceled his tour for mental health reasons.

Barzelay is currently working on the soundtrack to the film Rocket Science, directed by Jeffrey Blitz, the man behind the awesome spelling bee documentary Spellbound. Clem Snide are also at work on their next album, titled Hungry Bird.
