"You Don't Miss Your Water ('Till Your Well Runs Dry)" (William Bell cover)

This was presumably recorded during a break form the sessions for U2's upcoming No Line on the Horizon. It's The Edge, Brian Eno, and Daniel Lanois on an impromptu version of "You Don't Miss Your Water ('Till Your Well Runs Dry)", a song from 1961 written by William Bell, a key figure in the history of Memphis' Stax/Volt label. You might expect the empty wine bottle/empty sparkling water bottle ratio to be a slightly higher, but I guess these guys are drunk on song and sounding pretty great. Incidentally, Eno, with Lanois, recorded this song years ago for the soundtrack to Jonathan Demme's 1988 film Married to the Mob.
