Stephen Malkmus, everyone's favorite flip-flop-wearin' ex-Pavement frontman, is bringing his Jicks out for another North American tour to further promote his self-titled solo debut.

In case you're still wondering what the hell a jick is, Malkmus' website has the answer. And since we've been there, we can conveniently relay this information to you. So we will. Apparently, a "jick" another word for the Jack of Hearts in a Sicilian card game. Further reading adds that a jick can reference a valuable card in the old game Pitch (similar to Spades) where the Jack and Jick-Jack are worth one point each.
