Scott Licina, the "Grand Poobah" of FANGORIA GRAPHIX was recently asked to begin writing a blog for the comics news giant, and FILE UNDER COMIC KILLERS was born. In the wake of last week's announcement that Diamond Comic Distributors was making changes that weren't being well-received in the small press realm, it was time for Scott to chime in and make some sense out of everything.
