Utter the word "remake" in front of a horror enthusiast, and you're bound to receive a reaction somewhere between depression and furious anger. In many cases, the emotional response will be followed by the constant cry that "remakes suck!"

In a Bizzaro World made of multi-colored plastic bricks, legions of tiny little people with yellow heads would disagree. Deep within this hidden realm is a studio like no other, producing high-concept remakes of Hollywood horror so impressive that filmmakers such as Eli Roth and Neil Marshall count themselves as fans. Far-removed from the limitations of budget, executive decision, or the possibility of striking Guilds, this studio soldiers on.

Welcome to the very first installment of FANGORIA CRYPTS!  We’ll be regularly featuring the habits and collections of horror fiends from all over the globe, and go inside their crypts to check out all their gory goodies and see exactly how they live the FANGORIA lifestyle.
