Steve Dahl: Chair is casualty on Golf Camp, Day 1
SUNDAY (8:15 p.m. CST): I am in Orlando, Fla., listening to the fireworks from Walt Disney World, watching the Oscars on the hotel TV and streaming the Blackhawks game on my laptop via Slingbox and the TV in my office back in Chicago. I have come to Orlando seeking a fix for my non-existent golf swing. I have just recently taken up golf at age 54, and with each lesson, I seem to get worse. "How hard can it be?" I thought to myself as I announced my intentions to become a golfer to my friends and family last spring. In fact, it seems almost impossible to me that I will ever be good. I might have even accidentally joined a country club.
